This year I have completed 3.5 years in BSKC and I admit with pride that changing jobs for a higher salary has never crossed my mind.

Our company moved from Chennai to Kumbakonam in the year 2017. As a result, I moved closer to home while also being promoted as Manager.

Often, one must relocate along with their family for the sake of their job. But with BSKC, it was vice-versa. They took me back home to my roots. My parents are happier and feel more secure due to my presence.
In the beginning, I found it difficult to handle the team in the role of a Manager but with support from my peers and superiors, I have now become quite efficient and am able to discharge my duties with ease.

BSKC strives to provide training in many areas of work to develop and manage employee talent so that they can excel in their work.

Our aim now is to become Market Leaders in our field.
