Employees follow a well-defined training roadmap, with sponsorship for Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) certifications and AAT membership available within their first six months. Certified employees are rewarded through salary increments and enhanced remuneration, alongside continuous skill development in UK accounting software, payroll, and taxation.

Eligible candidates are expected to be familiar with MS Excel and have typing skills (minimum lower typing of 30 wpm).

- All staff members hold a Certificate in Advanced MS Excel, VT+ and Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Our Captains as well as our Core Team members are XERO Certified Advisors.
- Select staff members are also working towards AAT and ATT qualifications this year.
Training programme
A roadmap from day one.
We have a well-defined roadmap of training including in-house training facilities, sponsorship to the AAT Level 2 Certification and AAT Membership for all our employees within the first six months of joining BSKC.
We also provide the necessary infrastructure facilities for XERO Certification and MS Excel Certification. All of the above training is considered part of the HR Training Policies and is mandatory.
