Bala is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards.

Bala is also an elected member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, having satisfied the examination and practical experience requirements w.e.f July 2021.

With 25+ years of industry experience, he has been responsible for the start-up, growth, innovation and the success of Bedford Square's outsourcing business. He strongly believes in continual innovation and automation at the workplace, employment opportunities for the rural youth and customer satisfaction leading to customer loyalty.

Shanthi is a postgraduate in Computer Management and holds a certification in Strategic HR Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

She has 20+ years of industry experience and is responsible for the career growth and well-being of all the staff at Bedford Square. She is a BSI Certified Lead Auditor (PIMS) based on BS 10012:2017 and GDPR, as well as CQI and IRCA, Certified Lead Auditor (ISMS) ISO 27001:2013.

Shanthi holds an AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), UK.
